The challenge
Barcelona Chamber of Commerce offers a great deal of products and services to the business community, making them public has been part of our mission.
Analysis
In a first approach we discover different departments dedicated to training, advice, promotion, organization of sector journeys, missions and business bridges, which really represents a varied offer. Although we must bear in mind that the vast majority of Catalan companies belong to SMEs, what we know as small and medium enterprises and their capacity for attention, investment or predisposition to change is relative. How to transfer all this information? In other words, how to filter out what really can be of interest to each user?
Whilst is true that information is power, minute by minute, second to second, it is also true that we currently suffer a saturation of stimuli and impacts or what has come to be called infoxication. To avoid it, a first logical decision would be to focus, allowing each user to describe their concerns so they only receive proposals of their interest. The Chamber of Commerce of Barcelona has a powerful CRM (Customer Relationship Management) that manages the profiles of each client.

The proposal
Our work has consisted in shaping the contents to distribute the offer of the Chamber of Commerce through new media, Internet and interactive screens.
On the one hand we created Chamber panel, a corporate television located in the lobbies of the corporate headquarters and the rest of offices. Screens that automatically collect all relevant information related to the activities of the institution, from the agenda of events to corporate messages, through promotional pieces or small spots. We developed a powerful management tool that at the same time shapes and personalizes the contents, code and design of the hand, all information updated dynamically every 2 seconds from their CRM.
And on the Internet? Chamber channel is a Web TV, a site designed for the dissemination of corporate culture, showing the current and sectorial information. A powerful documentary repository where you can find all the conferences, presentations and audiovisual messages that the Chamber of Commerce offers. We also developed a powerful player that allows you to view video presentations simultaneously with PowerPoint presentations, incorporating chapters, comments and evaluations, as well as the possibility of sharing on the most global Internet: Social Networks, blogs, Twiter, e-mail, etc.
Results
Currently there are more than 500 audiovisual pieces, a figure that keeps growing. Now, Camera 2.0 reaches the entire business community.
